Anyone experience ORA-00060 deadlock on table create using Change assistant?

So, something strange happened, that I've not seen previously.

Using change assistant for a GetCurrent project where we split the alter table scripts into 5 separate scripts containing UNIQUE tables, running concurrently and one of the scripts blew up on the creation of a TAO table. We have previously performed this test MTP process 4 times without issues. We have triple checked the alter scripts, and the table having an issue is not present in any other script that is running.

We have recently upgraded out database from 18 to 19, and we just ran the 8.58.10 patch. We are using RAC on Exa on prem.
