How do you migrate scheduled jobsets between systems?

We are currently a few weeks out from upgrading from FSCM 9.0/PT 8.49 to FSCM 9.2/PT 8.57. In all of our upgrade passes the scheduled jobsets are not working and the fix from support has not corrected the problem. We created them all from scratch in our upgraded test system and I moved them with SQL to our latest upgraded test system. Some of them work but some of them don't. Is there a better way to move the scheduled jobsets between systems as we really don't want to create them all again in production on go live weekend.
