Homepage order: The user's homepage order is not correct.

Homepage order: after change content reference sequence number for homepages. The userid homepage order is not correct (the id was logged on before the change) . For the user id that hasn't logon before the change, the homepage order is correct after the change.

Protal sync ran, bounce web/app and delete cache. Browser cache deleted. None of them worked. Only when delete userid and recreate, works. We cannot do that in PRD. How do we correct this?

we are in PS9.2, PeopleTools 8.57 and pum37.
