Is there anyway we can open the AP and Purchasing Periods automatically using a concurrent program?

We have a request from the client to open the periods automaticaly for all the modules. I see there are concurrent programs available to open the GL and AR periods.

Is there any concurrent program available to open the other modules like the AP and Purchasing?
