Adding a new template and steps

Hi,

Appreciate if anyone could share details on the below for RMS V19 on premise.

  1. Is there any option to create the below using induction process

Would like to know on the below.

1. Is there an option create an item or location list via induction

2. I am aware of the basic steps of adding new templates(i.e. adding entries into S9 tables) , but could not find the post steps to be performed, if anyone can provide steps i.e. after adding the required data into tables, what other steps are required to be performed, any code changes? that would be great
