Issues with GroupDN evaluation in OUD ACIs

I'm having an issue where my ACI shows as applicable=true in the AccessControl file, but then on the Evaluation line, the result is false, indicating that the BIND DN is not in the group that is being evaluated in the GROUPDN. Has anyone else seen this with OUD and have any recommendations?
