Sub inventory LOV not showing values

Dear experts,

I have an item setup under a subinventory, however when selecting it thru i-procurement the subinventory field does not show any value.

Do you have any idea what could cause this?

This is happening for a specif location and I compared with another item using the same location and it's ok. the difference between items is the locator in the subiventory setup and the material shortage check box in the inventory tab,
