Pick task Exceptions fail while Full pallet scenarios

in Configurator - EBS (MOSC)

I created a SO with full pallet quantity that is to be picked from Full Pallet Very Narrow Aisles and staged. I want to perform Cycle count exception like Pick None/Curtail Pick during Picking from Full Pallet Very Narrow Aisles. As soon as I select the Picking exception from Reasons page in MWA, I cannot see the cycle count or any other detail after this.


Please suggest
