Transformation Script to autofill request detail form to provision the users in Oracl DB from OIM.

Hello,

We are trying to provision users in Oracle Database using OIM. We have set up the DBUM connector. We are able to provision the users. But each time we have to provision a new user we have to fill the request detail form manually:



Currently the default transformation script looks like this which does not autofill the user provisioning :
