[PSFT] BI Publisher Help

Hello. I am trying to add an e-mail address in the message text of a peoplesoft bi publisher rtf template that I am sending using Query Report Scheduler. I am in the distribution section of the run menu and have entered my e-mail body text in the message text section. The only way I have found to get the e-mail address to come through as a hyperlink in outlook is to include the complete e-mail address. It will not allow me to embed a link to specific text. Anyone know how to do this without using the complete e-mail address?
