Revenue Recognition to start from Access Date of Property but not Billing Start Date

As per IFRS, some companies start recognising revenue from hand over date (access date) however some do start to recognise revenue from rent commencement date which is after fit out period. How can we address both scenarios in Oracle Property Manager.
