What does SHARED mean in License Manager?

Hi,

There are several status when checking what Oracle EBS R12.1.x products are being licensed, like Licensed, Shared.

The value Licensed is clear that we can use this product because we purchased it.

But can you explain what SHARED value means? Can we start using it (setting up and customizing) or we need to pay for this extra?

Example: Licensed is GL, AP, AR, FA, etc, while Payroll, Projects, Order Management and others are Shared.
