Work Item Escalation

Hello All,

We have set manual Work Items to escalate after certain days if there is no action taken on it. But now we want to disable the escalation process. I believe we can just update the work item setup and set Escalate option to No, so that system will not escalate anymore once the new strategy is assigned. Is my understanding correct?
