Can Page and Field Configurator work to allow different objects have different user list restriction

I need to hide 2 fields on a page for everyone except users in Role A and Role B. I have this setup and used the "All with excluded Roles/Users" for this. it works great. However now, I need to hide another field that needs to be available for everyone except role C and role D (Role A and B should have access). Is it possible to have fields that have different access restrictions in Page and Field Configurator?

Example:

Role A and Role B - access to Field 1, 2 and 3

Role B and Role C - no access to field 1 ,2 or 3
