ViewAttachment function failing after 8.58 tools upgrade

Hi,

Viewattachment function was working fine before tools upgrade by opening up the attachment in the browser session. But now it's failing and silently logging the exception as shown below with the attachment sysfilename should be less than or equal to 64 characters. It's difficult to trim the filename to 64 chars. So any help is highly appreciated.

CICViewAttachmentMessage:length of specified user file name, "XXXX", is XX, which is invalid; it must be greater than 0 and less than or equal to 64
