Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What are the steps to create materialized view on another database (outside OEBS) to replicate the information of FND_FLEX_VALUES table?

OEBS version is 12.2.10 ( Database 19.0.0.0.0 )

The destination database is 12.1.0
