OIM 12c4 submitting Request with API

Hi guys,

Experiencing an issue with a request raised with API. I submit a bulk request to remove few entitlements from the user, which, when opened in OIM, throws some ADF errors.

When creating a similar request manually from UI, I see, that the difference is, API request doesn't show which account it's raised against.

I checked the data between these 2 request on DB level and I don't see any difference in REQUEST_BENEFICIARY, REQUEST_BENEFICIARY_ENTITIES and REQUEST_BENEFICIARY_ENTITYDATA family of tables.

I wonder if there is any other table related to requests in OIM which I might miss.
