SSO via LDAP HCM->ELM

We have LDAP configured in HCM and ELM. We can sign into each environment with our Active Directory accounts fine. We have setup a tile within HCM, so when the user clicks it it opens a new window with the desired result of signing them into ELM.

However we get 'password has expired' in ELM. Its suggesting that peoplesoft authentication is being used in ELM instead of AD. Have configured Single SIgn On on each side, and included Node tokens. Web Profile also has authorized site as well.

Looking for some feedback and suggestions.
