Question about OAM Access Token with JWT?

To generate OAM Access Token with 3rd party JWT, the customer imported a certificate into default key store of OAM. But the following error occurred. OAM Version is 11.1.2.3.0. The customer use rs256 as jwt.CryptoScheme. Please give me some advice regarding the error below.
