Collection Level and UWQ

Hello,

I have a requirement where business is asking to set the Collection level at Billto and have the Workqueue setup at account level. Meaning the Strategies and Dunning are running at bill to level but workqueue should show account level delinquencies.

Is it possible to

1, Set the Workqueue at account level

Or

2, To have the workqueue nodes populated for "Account View Delinquencies" as well as "Bill-to View Delinquencies"
