LOV restrictions on Mobile Time Entry App

The Mobile Foundation 9.0 provides for many enhancements but lags behind in one crucial area. The LOV displayed on the Time Entry menu on Mobile app is restricted to a maximum of 50 values. This severely hampers the searchability of an item on the LOV specifically if the user is not sure of the exact value to be selected. The list extends at most to 50 values and if the user is searching for any value which are not included in those 50 values then he might not find it usable or easy to use.

Business wants such restrictions to be removed so as to allow for the users to find all the possible values in the LOV through scrolling through them. eg: In most of our Business they have a field for location which can run into hundreds of location values on the LOV. Hence for an user who wants to select an appropriate location from the LOV and if he is unable to get the value on the LOV, then it would be really a challenge for the user to fill timecards on time and meet the Business compliance.
