How to configure nscd in Solaris 11

OS: solaris 11.4.33.94.0 (x86)

1. Is the nscd command applicable to the OS?

  "#nscd -e cachename, no "

  "#nscd -g"

False is not applied when checking the status.

2. What is the default status of nscd?

#nscd -g

= In this command, the status is all "Enable".

#svccfg -s name-service/cache:default listprop

= All status information of the command is "False".

The above two are different.

Which of the two commands should I run?

3. Can you set the DNS cache of nscd modify the "hosts"?

4. nscd maximum value application range

: keep_hot_count

: negative_time_to_live

: positive_time_to_live

Howdy, Stranger!
