Ship To Locations - New Sales/Use Tax Codes

Hello,

We are currently using PeopleSoft FIN 9.2 and using PeopleTools 8.57. We are adding new effective dated rows on the Ship To Locations and updating the Sales/Use Tax information for these new effective dated rows and noticed that the Sales/Use Tax table PS_SUT_DFLT_TBL does not have an effective date so the Sales/Use Tax information for ALL effective dated rows for the Ship To Locations is being updated to this new configuration. How can we utilize this configuration to use the sales/use tax based on ship to location effective date? Has anyone else encountered this issue? What has
