Oracle Discoverer Error

Hi

We are using oracle ebs 12.1.3 on oracle linux 6 x64. we try to install oracle discoverer different server orhel 6 x64. we can install successfully install weblogic. discoverer end patch. we complete rcu successfully as well. but now I want to run config.sh and at the end of the installation I receive Creating EMAgent error. and didn't continue to installation. I couldn't understand why. please help me about that.
