Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Not able to create nvision scope as tree is not populating nodes

I am trying to create a scope for nvision but not able to create scope, as it not populating tree nodes.

Tree setid is different. same with BU name.

when I am selecting (Selected Tree Nodes or Detail Selected parents)
Then selecting a Tree, but not able to select or see the tree nodes.
Setid is showing as SHARE, ideally it should not be, as tree has created with different setid, i,e, same as Business Unit.
