Good Morning Folks!

Has anyone used formulas in BI publisher provided with PeopleSoft? I am looking to format a decimal based on a condition. I tried the conditional formatting, but it has very limited capabilities. I did try writing a simple formula with format-number , but it does not work. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
