Configure Oracle database to have more than one PeopleSoft database

Experts,

We are looking for DB consolidation for our non-prod instance on Oracle-12.2 and PT-8.58.

Let's suppose, We have 1 container DB and 1 Pluggable DB. Now what if we have multiple schema i.e. separate SYSADM schema for HRDEV/HRTST/HRUAT inside a single pluggable database. .

How can we plan for such a kind of consolidation and what would be the steps? has anybody tried it?
