Add Account Number in Dunning Email Subject Line.

How to add the Account Number in the dunning email subject and add Collector details in the email body of the dunning email. We are using Oracle Advanced COllections (no license) in 12.1.3. I remember we can use tokens using '&' but it's not working in the instance.
