Pre Delinquent Letters to customers

Does Oracle Advanced Collections 12.1.3 come with the pre-delinquent letters functionality? Our Business wants to explore this option. We don't use the license version so we are using dunning plans for our case.


I went through the note How Do You Send Dunning Letters For Pre-Delinquency With Dunning Plans? (Doc ID 2691561.1) but it doesnt work as STAGED_DUNNING_LEVEL works only for delinquent transactions.
