Advanced Collections - Manage Queries (special character not saving)

Hi,

I am creating new Queries (Manage Queries) in Advanced Collections and every time I go to "Apply" the new query, the values in Query Editor change. I've tried this in Internet Explorer and also, Chrome. Any suggestions?
