One-Hop Upgrade from 11.1.2.3 to 12.2.1.4 for Oracle Access Manager?

Our current deployment is on OAM 11.1.2.3.0 with OID 11.1.1.9.0 and OHS 11.1.1.9.0. I came across documentation on process/tasks of upgrading OIM 11.1.2.3.0 to 12.2.1.4 in single step. I am trying to find if there is a similar procedure to upgrade OAM 11.1.2.3.0 to 12.2.1.4 in single step as well.
