emails notifications are not working.

Hi Team,

R12 EBS PROD instance having issue with emails notifications as we are not receiving mails from EBS so we have restarted worflow services.

when workflow services are stop then it shows the status as "stopped with error" and message will show as Status has been reset because the Service Component did not stop gracefully.

After some time we restart workflow services. then"Workflow notifications mailer" component will showing with error status.

it is showing error message as below :

Maximum number of errors (10) have been reached for this Service Component -> oracle.apps.fnd.cp.gsc.ProcessorException: An unexpected RuntimeException or Throwable occurred -> java.lang.NullPointerERixception
