Is there any relationship between recycle count, RqLoad, and Load Done?

Hey, throbbing brain.

So, I think I have asked this previously, like a decade ago, but I can't remember what the answer was.

So, I have a process scheduler, as most of us do, and for my PSAESRV processes, I have a recycle count of 1000 - what units does this represent? The reason I ask, is that for those processes, I am seeing the following values, and it doesn't appear that the processes are ever recycling unless we do it manually, OR, it exceeds the Allow Consecutive Failures limit.
