Error message says that you dont have access to view or edit objects in App designer

Hi All,


we've recently upgraded tools 8.55 to 8.58 . After upgrade we found security issue when we try to open tools related objects in the application designer. When try to open tools record like PSOPRDEFN error message says that you dont have access to view or edit record(78,10) .However we were able to open or edit s App related objects like Person record or job pages etc. I checked the Permission list which grants the definition security on the Permission list definition Peopletools tab and required checkboxes are checked including App designer. How to grant access to tools tables edit
