PeopleTools 8.58 - Not receiving email notification for Exp or ePro workflow routing

Good Morning –

We are in the process of testing PeopleTools upgrade 8.58. 

I’m running into an issue with workflow for both Expenses and ePro.  For some reason I am unable to get the system to send any email notifications for workflow approval.

Both expense and ePro generate emails properly in tools 8.56. 

Has anyone else run into a similar issue or have some suggestions for setup/configuration or where/what to possibly review?

I turned on PUSH notification at the Transaction Registry and Transaction Configuration (we had push notification inactive in 8.56); and that worked as expected (generating the push notification). 

In addition it is also showing up properly in WORKLIST. The only thing that seems to be missing is the email notification.
