Default Contact information in Collections Agent UI
Hi,
When we open the Collections Agent UI, by default the Contact information is not displayed in the left upper corner. Though it is available to view from the LOV. How users can view the BILL TO contact information like Name/Email/Phone# in the UI, the moment they open the Bill To site(our level of operation is BILL TO).
There is an option to create the Collections Contact from Collections Agent UI but that process is manual and Users won't be able to do it for each and every customer.
