Changing Column Headings & Display Order within Collections Workbench by Role/Responsibility

Oracle EBS R12.2.9 Advanced Collections. I am trying to determine if the default column headings and display order for each tab in the Collections Workbench can be changed by responsibility /role. I understand that each user has the ability to customize their individual views and change the order in which the columns can be displayed, we are wanting to establish the columns and order by role to keep consistency for each collector.
