Relationship between Per Count Unit of Measure and the Unit of Measure of the item

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) Question

I have a specific expense whose Per Count Unit of Measure is "CONT" but when I create a purchase order RMS considerate that 1 "CS" is equal to 1 "CONT".

Where can I specify the relationship between that item and the container?
