Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi,

This is Oracle Fusion AR and Collections(SAAS)

I have a requirement where customer will set up on a payment plan from collections.

So is there a way we can create a payment plan from collections

also is there a report where the payment plan details can be seen.
