Strategy Not Closed With Status as Current

Hi,

From a previous discussion with regard to strategy not closed when customer is current or becomes current, it is explained that strategies will close on its own when all work items are completed.

We have dunning letters as Automatic, will it send dunning letters to customers whose status is Current, if so how to stop this.

We have 'Review' as last work item (manual) in this strategy and has an escalation after 5 days. How to stop this work item getting escalated.
