in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) Question

Hi

saimtplogi batch getting failed with below error

saimptlogi_storeno~20210629165746~flushTranInsertArrays~sa_tran_tender~-2291~ORA-02291: integrity constraint (RMS.STN_SHE_FK) violated - parent key not found~Cannot INSERT - row=0

It is getting loaded fine in another environment with same RTLOG file. Can anyone let me know when this error will be occurred
