Product Oracle Fusion Cloud

1) Can a approval workflow be created/ configured to be triggered whenever there is any change in Role or Assignment of Role through Auto Provisioning functionality?

2) How can we have detailed audit trail in Oracle Fusion Cloud for any Role Assignment/ Change.

3) Does Auto Provisioning also allows Data Access to be granted automatically.
