How to Create a Tile that takes users to another Fluid Homepage ? (Like Expense Tile on ESS)

Hello,

I am trying to create a Fluid Home page which has 3 tiles on it. I need to use this Fluid homepage as a Tile on ESS so that when employees click on that tile , it takes them to the fluid home page.

its similar to Expense Hompage. When we click on the Expense tile, it opens a whole new Homepage with all expenses related tiles.

I am trying to achieve the same thing.

Things I did,

1) Created a new Fluid Home page content Reference.

2) I set the Target as FLUID HOME PAGE on the Content Reference

I tried adding this page as a Tile on ESS Homepage. But i could not find this in the List of tiles.
