Setting up PERSON_BASIC_SYNC

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

Is there a step-by-step document for this. We recently re-implemented HCM 9.2/8.56 and this is not working. It was working fine in our 9.1/8.53 region. We are missing some steps.

  1. SSL enabled
  2. PSFT_HR and PSFT_EP are both "ping"able successfully.. both ways
  3. We created new routing definitions to include our nodes
  4. Attached that to PERSON_BASIC_SYNC service operation
  5. Made sure the Queue is active
  6. Enterprise Components is also setup with correct values

I am still not sure if this is working fine as nothing is getting sent..

Any detailed document will help me..

We are on HCM 9.2 (PT8.56.05) / FSCM 9.2 (8.56.05) / AIX 7.2
