i'm receiving an error when trying to install PUM 9.2 40

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) 29 commentsAnswered

Hi all,


Today when i was trying to install PUM 9.2 40 i got an error

Verifying if PeopleSoft Relocatable Puppet Software is installed: Installing PSFT Relocatable Puppet Software in the base directory:                [ OK ]

Installing eYAML Hiera Backend on this host:             [ OK ]

Starting the PeopleSoft Environment Cleanup Process:

Validating PeopleSoft Supported Platform:              [FAILED]

Linux distribution [Rhel] is not supported

Exiting the PeopleSoft environment setup process.


i already checked Rhel version

Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.9 (Maipo)

and according the documentation this version is supported, i don't see any log for this or a better description for this error could someone help me?
