Intermittent issue in Prod

Hi All,


We had intermittent Issue in Production, and Its becoming showstopper now. Really appreciate for inputs.

We are facing intermittent issue in our Production env like below.

1: While navigating to Main Menu -> Purchase order -> Add/Update PO

when we select the BU the screen gets blank, and sometime it giving wrong Window(i.e. component) while creating PO.

2: Some users reports in process monitor as well.


Background:

We had recently done OS upgrade from 2008R2 to 2012R2 and implemented VLAN segregation (Web/App-Prcs/DB all in different different LAN)
