Peoplesoft Pivot grids are not taking distinct values from PS query.

PS query is the source for pivot grid. And query is retrieving distinct values. But on Pivot grid side, it shows all the rows. After using distinct count on pivot grid itself, on the chart, it hsows correct values but Facets are still showing incorrect. Any idea, how to have distinct values in facets as well ? thank you!
