Fluid- Student Homepage: Financial Account & Task Tile

Hi, I enabled the financial account and task tile for Fluid Student Homepage. Task tile and Financial Account appear on the homepage but it's not clickable.

User has Tile Security and Homepage security, has anyone experienced a similar issue?
