host:port/em for Oracle Access Manager stoped working post Upgrade 12.2.1.4

Hi we recently done upgrade of OID/OAM/OHS from fmw12.2.1.3 to fmw 12.2.1.4.

for OAM host:post/conosle is fine, But em application host:Port/em

causing issue of class not found -->>

For Upgrade we did OAM AdminServer cleanout tmp and cache.

As work around So we moved back original tmp and cache, for AdminServer and it is working fine,
