Active Data Guard Redirect DML As A Active - Active Datacenter

Hi All,

I have some question, currently we are using database 19c and our environment we have 2 RAC as a Production side and 1 single instance on Standby side, for Production and Standby synchronize using ADG. i heard that on oracle 19c we can directly execute DML on standby database with feature ADG Redirect DML.

My question is, can we using ADG Redirect DML as a solution for active-active database, so application can connect and execute DML directly using standby database ?
